From 1985 to 1992 T-Town (Tacoma) speedsters Thrash Forward grasped an inquisitively unusual geographic audience spanning from the Puget Sound down the western coast of the United States, throughout Mexico, channeling well into Central America and overtaking South America. “Production is exquisitely raw, songs are perfectly mean and fast, execution is raging and relentless, this is gold!” declares the Church of Zer. Originally released by Ever Rat Records in 1985 and distributed by Enigma-Capitol; it would later be re-issued by the Proselytism Label out of Santiago, Chile. With PIG being the home of what remains of Ever Rat Records, you could say this 21st Century re-re-issue has now come half-circle. Hopefully, one day when the Midwest, the East Coast, the South, Canada, the Atlantic, Europe, Asia, Australia and other parts of the world both known and unknown will have experienced the same THRASH FORWARD movement that those who are geographically hip have; then and only then will the music arrive at full circle. In the meantime, ask yourselves ARE YOU EXPERIENCED? Meow…fast kitty, faster. Faster still!
